“A great hotel! Feels really new and nice. Breakfast offers a great selection. Super close to the airport, grocery store, and a short drive to restaurants! Would definitely stay here again.”
“Hotel seems very new. Everything is so clean. Staff has all been super nice and friendly. The only downside is the roads here are a bit tricky but its a good location close to the airport. There isnt too much right next to it. But theres a ton within a short drive.”

“The Fairfield is one of the best hotel options around Maryville/ Alcoa. It is clean, modern, and comfortable with a standard breakfast buffet. This hotel has safe access to Alcoa Hwy in both directions unlike other hotels nearby. My only (very minor) complaint is this hotel did not offer a complimentary water for my Bonvoy loyalty. I know they don't have to, but it is always appreciated when hotels do.”
“Ahhhhh-mazing hotel and staff!!! The GM Annie was so helpful as well as Amanda! (Not sure of her title) The rooms were so clean and the housekeeping staff made sure to have all the accommodations we requested in the room already!! Breakfast area was immaculate and food was great!! I would DEFINITELY recommend staying at this location!”
